Shipping policy

Aune will usually accept the order and ship the order within 5 business days. Aune cooperates with DHL and ships to your local service point. The usual time of delivery is 4-7 business days calculated from the order date but this might vary.

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you. Unfortunately, we’re unable change/cancel an order once it has been shipped.

Do you ship outside the EU?
We currently only ship within the EU.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

Aune will gladly accept exchanges or refund within 10 days from date you receive your order. You must return the items in an unused condition and Aune will only accept returns if labels and original packaging are fully intact.

How do I return/exchange an item?

In order to start the exchange or refund process please contact info@aunefashion.com stating the order number, reason for return and whether it’s a request for product exchange or refund. The customer will then recieve an email with a return authorization number that is needed to fill out on your recieved delivery note which must be sent back with the item/s in question.
